About NCAN
Welcome to the Northern California Apprentice Network, where we believe in the power of apprenticeships to shape the future of Northern California.
Launched on April 29th, 2021, our network is a collaborative effort of employers, public sector entities, community colleges, non-profit training providers, community colleges, and apprenticeship intermediaries. NCAN is employer-driven and will provide an open forum for all Northern California employers to learn from each other about the benefits and best practices of quality apprenticeship programming. We aim to build awareness and excitement around apprenticeship programs and work with companies to develop similar programs that fit their needs.
